Pit-type Gas Nitriding Furnaces

Product Description:

Pit-type gas nitriding furnaces are used for gas nitriding of carbon steel parts and can also perform gas nitriding and carburizing (soft nitriding) treatment. They consist of a furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace cover lifting mechanism, furnace sealing fan, muffle tank, heating elements, and electrical control system. The furnace shell is welded from steel plates and structural steel, while the furnace lining is an energy-saving composite structure constructed from high-strength, ultra-lightweight, energy-saving refractory bricks, aluminosilicate fiber, diatomaceous earth insulating bricks, and asbestos board.

Product Features

1. Can use new energy-saving furnace linings, rapid heating, low heat loss, and good furnace temperature uniformity, especially suitable for heat treatment of shaft-type workpieces;

2. Employs intelligent microcomputer instruments, allowing furnace temperature settings according to process requirements, automatic tracking and display, and PLC program control;

3. Multiple temperature and atmosphere controls, upper and lower microcomputer network, and the addition of robotic arms enable fully automated control, recording, workshop group control, and minimal or no human operation.
