Composition of Medium-Frequency Forging Heating Equipment:

 

In a precision forging production line, medium-frequency forging heating equipment typically employs two sets of medium-frequency heating furnaces for online induction heating. This allows for precise heating of the workpiece and achieves precision forging. An inkjet printing box connects the two furnaces.

 

Fully Automatic Graphite Spraying Warm Forging Medium-Frequency Forging Heating Equipment consists of two independent medium-frequency power supplies, two sets of medium-frequency compensation capacitors, a material frame tilting mechanism, an automatic corrugated (stepped) feeding mechanism, a continuous conveying mechanism, a horizontally opposed feeding mechanism, a preheating induction furnace, a heating induction furnace, a graphite spraying tank and its pump station, an electrical control and operating system, a temperature measurement system, and a sorting system. The graphite spraying tank is located between the preheating induction furnace and the heating induction furnace. It performs online graphite spraying on the preheated billet, which then enters the heating induction furnace for further heating. Graphite spraying protects the billet during its cold state, preventing oxidation and decarburization. During extrusion, graphite also lubricates and protects the die.

 

Technical Parameters

 

Technical parameters of the medium-frequency forging heating equipment:

 

1. Billet material: 20CrMnTi, 20CrMoH, SAE4320H, 17CrNiMoH.

 

2. Billet specifications: Diameter φ32-50mm; Length 70-102mm.

 

3. Heating temperature: Preheating 100-200℃, Heating 850-950℃.

 

4. Cycle time: φ42, length 102mm, 4 seconds/piece.

 

5. During normal operation, heating is stable, with temperature fluctuations between each section of material within ±15℃; the temperature difference of the billet after heating is: axial (beginning and end) ≤ ±50℃; radial (core and surface) ≤ ±50℃.

 

6. The cooling water supply system pressure is greater than 0.5MPa (normal water pressure is greater than 0.4MPa), and the maximum temperature is 60℃. The corresponding hose pressure and interfaces also need to be proportionally increased to safety standards.
