Product Description:

A bogie hearth furnace is a type of periodic operation furnace with no zoned furnace chamber. The structure of a bogie hearth furnace consists of a movable bogie at the furnace bottom. Before heating, the bogie is loaded with material outside the furnace, and the workpieces to be heated are placed on dedicated support blocks. Then, a traction mechanism pulls the bogie into the furnace for heating. After heating, the traction mechanism pulls the bogie out of the furnace to unload the material. The heated workpieces are then either hoisted onto forging equipment for further processing using a crane.
